With strong professional experience in framing and concrete work, we offer expert and consulting services to construction companies, housing companies and real estate companies for new construction and repair projects. Our services include construction supervision and management of your project. We mainly work on an hourly basis but each project is considered individually. Depending on the scope of work, we can offer a fixed price.

For any type of work, we always provide the option of three tariff plans

Basic

Occupational safety is our priority (we create TTS).
We build using our client’s machinery, tools and materials
We comply with RYL
The work is done in layers and steps.
The contract includes the its own superviser
The client has to have his own superviser
Calculations, purchasing and ordering are the client’s responsibility
Deliveries are the customer’s responsibility
The client is responsible for all inspections and reporting

Carefree

We comply with RYL
The work is done in layers and steps.
The contract includes the its own superviser
Customer’s own superviser is NOT required

We handle all contract deliveries

Blueprints and schedules are the only customer’s responsibilities
We comply with RYL and beyond
